Qlab (coordinator) is the joint representative of the members of the Operational Group. He will undertake the establishment, organization, support of the Operational Group, the control of its operation and the overall management-coordination of the project and the deliverables. He participates in the design and coordination of pilot applications, in conducting laboratory analyses, in deliverables, in the evaluation of results, in defining best practices and in dissemination actions.
